We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) unless you voluntarily send this information to us.
We may collect PII (name, address, phone, email) if you contact us looking for information about our services and our partner’s services. If you inquire about services provided by our reseller partners, your information will be shared with them. We do not see your PII.
When you use our website, we automatically collect non-PII. This will include:

- Referring web page
- Browser used
- Date and time

When you request information about any of the services provided by our reseller partners, we will share your PII with that partner. The information practices of any third-party web sites linked to Aspell Services, Inc. are not covered by this privacy statement

We use industry-standard methods to protect your PII and the security of our website.
California Privacy Disclosures
Some browsers have incorporated ‘Do Not Track’ features. Most of these features, when turned on, send a DNT Signal to the web sites you visit indicating that you do not wish to be tracked. However, there is not yet a common understanding of how to interpret DNT Signals, nor a common definition of tracking, therefore we do not currently respond to DNT Signals. If this changes in the future our Privacy Policy will be updated and republished.
