Maurice A. Doublet, III
Maurice served in the military for 26 years and 11 months. His time in the Texas Army National Guard and United States Army Reserve was spent leading and training in various capacities. He began as an enlisted member and, through advancement, attended Officer Candidate School. He retired from the military as a disabled veteran with the rank of Major. While serving in the National Guard and Reserve, Maurice performed civilian work for two large sanitary paper manufacturers. There he built and led high performing sales teams for over 30 years. In addition to leading Aspell Services, Maurice enjoys volunteering his time by mentoring for SCORE, a volunteer branch of The U.S. Small Business Administration that is made up of retired business owners and retired business executives who mentor entrepreneurs seeking guidance for business startups and in business operations. At SCORE he teaches one of the modules for Boots to Business, a two-day program for military personnel that are retiring or separating from the military and who possibly want to establish a business of their own.

Dee Dee Aspell, Ph.D. has over 30 years of expertise in the Organizational Development and Human Performance Improvement space. She also has 20 years of experience running her private practice as a psychologist. Dee Dee has designed specialized training and development courses for clients in both the corporate and academic spaces.

Patrick Aspell has over 12 years of extensive experience serving in various capacities as a project manager in the technology and professional services space leading implementations of enterprise solutions and transformational process improvement initiatives. Industries include healthcare, manufacturing, service, tech, non-profit and the government sector. Patrick is certified by the Project Management Institute with a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
